which room in my house should i clean first?

Q. my living room,bathroom,kitchen,bedroom,kids bedroom,laundry room,computer room?

which one should i clean 1st,2nd,3rd...etc & Why?

A. I think it should depend on which room you use the most. I have several children, so I'm always in the kitchen. I like having the kitchen cleaned first.

If you work at home, and spend alot of time in your office, then clean that one first.

I have found that I feel really good about myself when I wake up to a clean bedroom, so I would recommend to clean that one before you go to bed at night, that way you don't wake up feeling overwhelmed.

Bathrooms get used alot, but I only clean mine when I actually use it. I wipe off the counter and swish out the toilet first thing in the morning. Throughout the day, I just put one or two things away as I go in. It stays clean that way.

Do main electrical meters or panels emit an electronic or magnetic field that may be unsafe in a kids bedroom?
Q. My main electrical cable comes in through my kids' bedroom. The electrical meter and the electric panel are in a utility closet attached to their room (easily accessible and nothing is stored in the closet). I am worried that the meter or panel emits an electrical or magnetic field that is unsafe for long-term exposure for young kids. Does anyone know anything or have any evidence either way?

A. Dear Concerned,
There are conflicting opinions as to the effects of EMF's on humans. But since gravity holds us to the earth, tides affect mood and magnetic fields cause all that I think there may be something to all that. Magnetic fields are easily dispersed with an electrically grounded metal plate. Sheet metal grounded to a water pipe or the bare metal wire in an outlet box will do just fine. Mount it with reusable hardware and prime it with a auto body primer. You can test for EMF with a common volt-meter that senses millivolts. Hold the probes in the air in the area. Take before and after readings. Once you are confident you have taken care of the problem do something fun with the otherwise awkward plate. Maybe Cover it in cork using flooring adhesive or use chalkboard paint on it.

how can I get crayon off my kids bedroom wall?
Q. my kids room is flat painted, and my four year old decided to practice his writting skills. I tried to use a magic eraser but it seems to be taking the paint off but "magically" embedding the crayon further into the paint! WTF! please help. thanks

A. Use the new Mr. Clean Magic Eraser....those things are incredible. I haven't found anything that works quite so well without discoloring the paint or surface you're scrubbing to get the crayon or marker off.

I've got a 4 year old that used to love attacking things with her crayon. We tried everything you could think of. then one day we got one of those little sponge miracles in the mail as a sample and tried it...we were hooked.

Try them out and you'll love it. They work great on refridgerators, tile floors, carpet floors, the couch cushions, the desk, doors, LOL...we took her crayons aways so she started sneaking some home from daycare in her pockets!! LOL
