How often (in years) should I have my septic tank cleaned out?
Q. There is a famly of 4 (2 kids 2 adults) living in a 3 bed 2 bath home. I included this info to give an idea of how often its used. I have heard 5-10 years. It was last cleaned in 2006. Any info would be great!

A. The answer is more complicated then one might think. Depends on the types of chemicals you put into it (cleaners, cleansers, bleach, etc) which retard "digestion", also what type of bacteria you add to help "digestion" in the tank. If there are smokers in the house and cigarette butts enter the system, "digestion" is retarded and pumping is needed more often. An undersized system will fill up more quickly. Typically they are sized at 1.5 people per bedroom (bathrooms don't matter for sizing purposes).

What is the nice place to live in NYC for a family with a little kid?
Q. My husband will work in Manhattan, we have a kid, 3 year old and we have to move in NYC, or NJ not far from Manhattan. The price range is 1300-1400$, 2 bed. What place is nice to live for a family, close train, magazins, with park around.Thank you for any answer.
A. You're not going to have many options for a 2 bedroom in your budget. There are areas of Queens where you might find something close, but the better areas with good subway access are over $1500. It would be less expensive if you looked for something in a legal 2 family house or basement apartment and compromise on your proximity to Manhattan. Eastern Queens or south/east Brooklyn would be further away, but less expensive. I don't know what a "magazin" is, but there are a good amount of parks throughout Queens, especially in the more suburban (eastern) parts.
Any recommendations for a 2 or 3 bedroom villa at an Orlando area resort?
Q. Stayed at Reunion resort recently and absolutely loved it. I will be going back to orlando with my large family and I am looking for another resort with great pools, water slides, lazy river, kids play ground etc. The villas or accommodations must have kitchen, dinning area, living room and at least 2 bed rooms.

How do room arrangement work on a cruise?
Q. My Family and I are planning on going on a cruise in September, 6 people. We are going with the smallest cheapest interior rooms. Considering this is my first cruise I do not know much. The rooms seem quite small and all pictures I have seen only have 2 beds per room. Would this mean our family gets 3 rooms, or all cram into one room with 2 beds? I REALLY DON'T KNOW HOW IT WORKS! each room will have 2 twin beds minimum. these can be pushed together for a queen size bed.
if the cabin sleeps more than 2, the arrangements will vary. some cabins have a couch or chair that folds out to sleep one( the couches at best will sleep 2 smaller people/kids) or pullman beds that fold out from the wall.
you will ONLY be shown available cabins that will fit your size group. you CANNOT put more than what the cabin says it will hold.. if it sleeps three you can only book 3, period.. its not like a regular hotel room where you can cram another 4 people on the floor... the number of bodies is based on lifeboat capacity.
to further complicate matters: any cabin that a minor under aged 18 in it MUST have at least one person 21 or over booked into it( Carnival is 25)
if you family consists of 2 adults and 4 kids you will need, at minimum 2 cabins that sleep 3. it may be less expensive to price out full or family suites which often have a separate bedroom or 2 and can sleep up to 8. if you have more than 2 adults, you will want a cabin for each pair of adults that are together.
