How much would I charge for one bedroom in our house in Canada?
Q. How much would we need to charge a person for one bedroom in our house? We have two kids, one boy and one girl. The bedroom has a mini fridge but not a huge one and a closet. They would have access to showers, the main fridge, food, stove, the clothes washing machine/dryer along with fiber op internet as well as fiber TV the main telephone in the living room but would need their own bed set and dressers.
I would also like to know if it would help the person out by cutting costs, would it be cheaper to exclude internet, tv, and telephone and by how much?
Note to responses: This is not a scam, we just have an extra bedroom in our house and we want to rent it out
