What is the best way to spice up a marriage?

Q. My wife and I have been married for about 4 years now, and we are looking for ways to spice things up a bit. We have a great marriage. We both just want to have a little more fun something
;-)!

A. Why don't your try new positions and ideas. try fantasies, toys videos porno's see what your both into and try that.

Change the ambiance around a bit to things can get routine after a while thats normal when you been together for a while

roll play if you like. dress up do different things that you have fantasied about.

Try just going out on a date again just the two of you .. like you actually pickking her up after work no kids no cell phones no interuptions take her out to dinner suprise her by taking her to a nice hotel. have the room ready with roses or candles. what ever you to like. women like romance too .

Don't forget making out in the car somplace quiet bring you back to the ol days or even a secluded park be a bit daring. and get a thrill and a rush at the same time.

and remember you don't always have to do it in the bedroom christen different parts of the house and use the furntiure too..

you could always go to the sex shop and by the swing set thats really cool and you have many positions on that as she is suspended in the air. also you can try out the bench with the cuffs depends on how freaky you both want to get and how willing she is to try different things.

theres also lots of flavoured lotions you put on each other that warm up and you can lick each other off, and lots of little things just shop in the sex shops and see what peaks your fancy. sky's the limit..

Enjoy !

How do I tackle housework, when I'm so far behind?
Q. I know there's women out there who can keep up, but I just cannot. I'm expected to do it all, and when I try to enlist help... well, let's just say that isn't happening.
And please don't say "get off the computer." I only get on here after 9 pm, when I'm too tired to do anything else.
I need a REAL schedule that could actually work.

A. Try to prioritize...think how kitchen, bathrooms, bed linens need to be cleaned first. Do things in 20 min intervals...then take a break..then do another chore, break, etc.Use an egg timer or buzzer or cell phone to program break times.

You want a kitchen to prep/cook--consists of clearing dishes away, sanitizing sink, same with counters & clearing clutter, wiping down appliances, sweeping/mopping when needed, removing trash when needed.

Bathrooms..another important area...sinks, tubs, toilet area, floor. Get products that make it easy...like Scrubbing Bubbles Extend-a-Clean that helps to keep things clean for 4 days because water re-activates the cleaning solution. Swiffer Wet-Jets that mop & sanitize floors (bath, kitchen..then dispose of dirty mop pad). Keep a multi-hook hanger over the door to hang up towels in use, robes. Keep as much clutter off the counter as possible. Keep handy Clorox wipes under sink to give things a quick touch-up on a daily basis...or even more often as needed.

Bedrooms--you have to sleep on clean sheets...need washing at least once weekly...comforters, pillows, blankets need to be done every so often, too. Keep sheet sets together for easy changing. Laundry baskets for dirty clothes (even a basket for each...darks, towels, colors, whites)...or combine colors & whites & use Shout color catcher sheet. If you have access to Tide products..Tide detergent & Tide Stain Release Booster both awesome for removing stains first time, no pre-treating, no measuring, can use warm water, makes whites brighter and colors, too>>dinginess gone! Products that work right the FIRST time make your job easier!

Other rooms: they collect clutter (after all, we live in them!) so if carrying around a basket to collect odd stuff to put it away is easier for you, then do that. Decide when to vacuum furniture and carpets and when to dust. (Again...easy product like Swiffer dusters work great!

Think in terms of keeping things "presentable"..not perfect. Find creative ways for storage (if you don't have enough...time to clear things out). A padded bench that hides shoes inside can be found at discount stores or online...or stores linens...or other items.

Try to keep on top of things as you see them happening but don't have to get neurotic about it ;). I don't know how many family members live with you, but delegate duties that they can handle. With kids, don't just say "Clean your room or make your bed"....actually SHOW them how to do it and give praise for their efforts, they won't be perfect at first.

When you have things caught up..you'll have extra time to catch up on those projects that require more time that only have to be done occasionally: shampooing carpets, washing drapery panels, doing the windows (although having clean windows helps to make everything else look better), getting rid of things to donate and anything else.

For the "tiredness": have you ever tried that drink made by Crystal Light that's their energy drink? They're packets that you pour into 16oz water...it has just enough caffeine and B vitamins to keep you from wanting to nod off...but it's not wacky like Red Bull drink (and only 5 calories!)...try it while you tackle your housework.

I don't have a bar at home to practice my pull-ups/flexed arm hangs, is there anyway to do it without the bar?
Q. I use my bedroom door to do the pull-ups/flexed-arm hangs, and I believe it's starting to fall off the hinges.

I can't do a pull-up or lock my arms into position when I try to do the flexed-arm hang, that's why I need to practice, or at least build up the muscles I need to do those two things.

I don't have a gym to do any equipment required excercises to build up the muscles I need.

A. YOU DONT A BAR JUST TO FLEX YOUR MUSCLES ,,,,,,,,ALL YOU NEED IS GET DUMB BELLS OF A CERTAIN WEIGHT (CHEAPER TOO & SMALL & U CAN CARRY THIS ANYWHERE) . MY DAUGHTER USES THIS TO BUILD HER ARMS SO YOU CAN JUST HOLD THIS 10 & OVER LBS , IF YOU ARE A MALE HOLD & HAVE YOUR HANDS GO UP & DOWN , THEN LIE ON A BENCH & YOU CAN DO THIS MOVEMENT BOTTOM TO UPWARDS LIKE THE BIRDS WINGS , FLAPPING IT, HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT & HOW TO USE AS I HAVE DESCRIBED IT. THE OTHER IS LIKE YOU CAN DANCE AROUND

IT REALLY HELPS & IS BETTER THAN THOSE BARS FOR "HANGING" JUST THE ARMS STRENGTH.

IF YOU CANNOT AFFOR TO BUY DUMB BELLS YOU CAN FILL UP 2 PLASTIC BOTTLES AFTER YOU HAVE DRANK ALL THE ORANGE JUICE, WASHED IT & FILLED IT WITH WATED FOR WEIGHT. JUST LIKE HOW YOU SEE SWIMMING INSTRUCTORS USE THE PLASTIC BOTTLES FOR FLOATS TO TEACH LADIES & KIDS.

scavenger hunt for my boyfriend for valentines day?
Q. I want to make a scavenger hunt for my boyfrined for valentines day, does any one have a riddle.
i want him to start in his house and than to his car, kitchen, his bed, bathroom, couch, backyard and last lead him to me. Please help me i want to make this special for him.

A. i'm doing this for my boyfriend! this is how mine goes:
Jareds Valentines Day Scavenger Hunt:]
(Sunday February, 14th)
1.) 1st clue on bedroom door when he wakes up. good morning sunshine! Congrats on getting your first clue. To find youre second clue, you wont have to go far. Think back a few months ago, when we watched out first movie together, in this spot. Its at a new location now, but still all the same. Just trust me and do this, its like a new game! Now, dont waste time, youve got places to go, and people to see:]

2.) 2nd clue on downstairs couch. now Im sure youre all sweaty from the long venture from youre room to youre couch, so go take a shower and get ready for the day. Dont dilly dally boy, do what I say!

3.) 3rd clue on shower curtain. Now take you shower and get ready. Youve got to venture now. Take your moms car (I cleared this with her) and go where we first hung out together. It was a starry night next to the. .Think, the green piece -quote credit: Jake Smith- Hurry boy! But make sure you wear something warm. Id suggest some mittens and a hat:]

4.) 4th clue on the bench by Jake Smiths firepit. Congrats on your venture across the street. :] Now go talk to smithy. He has your next clue. Ah, but if it were only that easy for him to just hand it to you. I cant just spoon-feed you these things you know. So think back to bonfires, jakes famous saying whenever smoke got into his face. Hed get a wee bit pissy. thats youre secret password to get the next clue. Now go boy. Dont keep him waiting!

5.) 5th clue with Jake smith. Ha ha! You remember more than I thought. Though this next clue takes more thinking, but dont get distraught. Think back to the night that we first met. It is at that location where you will find your next clue, but bundle up boy. I dont want your fingers all blue!

6.) 6th clue at football stadium. Boy youre a smart one. So the next clue might be hard for you to remember. Think back to our first kiss, where was it at? Id suggest you start heading back towards youre house, but not all the way there. If you need a little help, shoot me a text. Im willing to share:]

7.) 7th clue at the end of Jareds driveway. Man youre getting good at this! But youre not done yet. This next one should be no sweat. You love to fish here with Jimmy and Cyle. I met up with you here one rainy day. Its behind where my brother spends way too much time but he makes more than just a dime ;] So head out this way, towards this little fall, but if youre confused, give me a call.

8.) 8th clue at creek behind High Gear. My my, youre a clever one. Im glad you remembered. This next clue has to due with the last. But Im sure youre getting cold, so make it really fast! You took me here one night with jimmy. Though I wasnt much help, it was fun watching you do what you love. This place has a great view by the way. Just try to keep warm, youll be by the bay.

9.) 9th clue at bay view fishing spot. Dang kid, youre smart! So to find youre last clue, it should be easy for you. Way back on November the twelfth, you asked me a very important question here. Now you know you didnt break my heart here, so go on find the last one, and do it with cheer!

10.) 10th clue at break wall. CONGRATS! You found youre last clue! Now come to your house, Ill be waiting for you. And no, sorry, you dont get youre surprise yet. But its something youll have to wait to get:] Make sure you have all your balloons and pieces with you, well solve them together.

All clues are cut out like puzzle pieces, that will fit together to spell out a secret message. And tied to the pieces will be a hear shaped balloon, with letters to spell out I love you!!

Good luck!
Hope this helped and gave you some ideas.
