bedroom ideas!?!pics!?

im getting my room redone in a few weeks. I have no clue what to do yet. Im going to have wood floor like a cherry color. Thats a definite because thats under my carpet and i have allergies to dust mites so need wood floors now. Heres what i was thinking. Tell me your opinions and ideas...

then under that lightish purple paint and then under the chair rail an off white wallpaper that has white swirls in it(the pic is really hard to see so im not bothering!!) what do you think. Be honest!! If you have any themes i can do with it like i was thinking the french theme . I want somehting pretty and girly. Thanks
