What measurements would be considered an absolute tiny room?

My room is 10.5 ft by 10.9
Is this completely tiny and how can I decorate it?

9 x 7 is really tiny. Your room is the average size of a kids room 114.5 Sq ft. Optimizing space isn't to hard. Do an extra high platform bed with cabinets underneath. Look for people renovating kitchens and selling or tossing their old ones. The top cabinets or bottom make a great base for the bed. Ikea cabinets are 59$ per double door set.
You can either wall mount the long side. Which will create another storage area too depending on the size of your bed. Or if you put the headboard on the wall you can line both sides of the bed with cabinets.
A sheet of MDF on top of the cabinets will hold your mattress and/or boxspring too. Consider furniture you already have and it may work under the loft too.

If i were to try and buy/ build one of these rooms, how much would you estimate the cost if I didn't have to take out any walls or make my room bigger. Just to build these?

You could spend a thousand if you have a handiman do it for you. Otherwise you can contact the company (send them an email with the photo) and inquire about the price. As the advert is completely in italian, I cant figure out where the prices are listed.
Funny te newspaper stated the french were bad about learning other peoples languages, they dont even bother mentioning the italians.
