What should a college kid without a kitchen have on their grocery list?

I need a few snacks and breakfast ideas. I don't like to eat cereal all the time and I don't really like oatmeal. Any ideas?
I do have a fridge but I'm not allowed to have a hot plate or anything.

Do you have any type of fridge? I suggest you get a small fridge because you'll only be able to buy packaged products and those get old after awhile. Can you buy some type of skillet or grill so you can cook your own food? Wal-Mart sells fridges for $150 and under, on its website they list one for $75.
Getting a microwave and food steamer would help as well. I also suggest a portable double burner too. On Amazon they sell them for under $100. What about a crock pot, those are cheaper and you can cook lots of things on them. Have you thought about a countertop oven? Amazon also sells many of them under $100.

I am moving soon, and my room will be somewhat small. I have a queen size bed and I am wanting to do something cheap but sensual to it? any ideas? red is kinda my theme but i dont plan to paint the walls (they are white). any tips??

Use throw pillows to decorate your bed...the more pillows the better. Get all shapes and sizes. It creates an illusion that will make you want to fall into the middle of them...as if you were a little kid. Its a very comforting thought, sort of like a big hug. I rather enjoy it. Of course if you are married or living with a significant other then "HE" may not go for that as it will seem too girlie or childish to a guy. But hey if its your room...dazzle yourself. Be creative. Buy a few multicolored light bulbs to put in your lamps. Cover the lamp shades with scarves to emit a softer light. You can have all sorts of fun with that. Good luck.
