Any ideas for 2 kids sharing a 9x9 room?

We are moving to a tiny rental at the end of the month. I have 4 children, 2 girls age 9 and 7, and 2 boys age 4 and 1. The house is 3 bedrooms. The other rooms are big, but one of the bedrooms is 9.3x9.5. I was going to have the 2 smallest boys share this room. The 1 year old is still in a crib. Any decorating/arrangement suggestions??? Any help is appreciated.

Right now, we are living in a two bedroom apartment. My 14 year old daughter and my 3 year old son have to share a room. I was looking at getting a twin bed for my son, but I was thinking maybe bunk beds? A full/twin combination? I thought this would help the space situation.
My husband and I already have a room. We are looking to move out in the next year to a 3 bedroom but there's really nothing else we can do at this point.

I understand that at times we need to do the best we can for our kids even though it is not the best situation.
I Love the idea of the bunk.
The your daughter has more room and privacy of her own.
