how many plugs per breaker on average if unknown what will be on it?

Q. rewiring an old house that had no ground and EVERYTHING was on like 3 breakers.

A. ok, when I wire a residential home, I wire lights and receptacles together on 15 amp circuits, usually counting each outlet or standard light as one device, and putting no more than 16 devices on one circuit. Now if you have a lot of lights, then you would add up wattage and figure 1440 watts on a 15 amp circuit.
Now commonly I wire two kids bedrooms together on one circuit and the master bedroom by itself, unless there will be a left over bedroom also on it's own circuit.
NEC 2005 says all bedrooms need to be on arc fault circuits.
(special breaker)
Also most counties require 120 volt smoke detectors inter-linked in every bedroom and on each floor within 10 feet of the stair landing.
Living room might have its own circuit because of entertainment equipment. Dining room should have a dedicated 20 amp circuit to plugs. Kitchen requires two dedicated appliance circuits 20 amps and protected by GFCI at any countertop receptacle, or if any receptacle is within 6 feet of a water source. (Gfci's are only needed at the start of the circuit, and following receptacles can be protected by it)
Bathrooms require a dedicated 20 amp GFCI circuit. All bathrooms can share one circuit.
Standard wall spacing is every 12 feet along perimeter of wall and within 6 feet of any door or break in the wall.
Any wall 16" or bigger requires at least one receptacle.
Railings, knee-walls, and even kitchen cabinet peninsulas are considered wall space. Also the inactive panels of sliding or double doors count as wall space.

Also Countertops in kitchen area have special spacing requirements. Within 2 feet of any edge or break of the usable counter, and every 4 feet maximum. Any countertop 16" or wider requires a receptacle.
Islands and peninsulas require outlets on the sides within 6 inches from the bottom of the counter. Also there can't be an overhang more than 3" over that receptacle.

Dedicated circuits are needed for dishwashers, disposals, hoodfans, built in microwaves, stoves, ovens, heaters... Gas powered appliances can share 15 amp circuit for controls.
inspectors usually check the name plate of an appliance for proper wire size and breaker.
Inspectors also require a disconnecting means for any large appliance not in the kitchen, like a water heater or furnace, or outside A/c unit, if not within plain sight of the panel box.
there should be a GFCI protected outlet within 25 feet of any outside appliance, and within 6 feet of the front and back doors. In certain cities, you have to switch the front receptacle to prevent people from stealing power from you.

3 way (and 4 way) switches are needed when a larger room has two or more entrances, also at the top and bottom of any stairwell with more than 6 risers.
Every room must have a means of switching a light at the entrance, being either a light or a switched receptacle (half-switched is acceptable)

Wire should be staples within 12 inches of a box and every 3 feet unless traveling vertically through studs, or over ceiling joists in a perpendicular manner.

Standard receptacle height is 16 inches to center AFF
Switches are 46 or 48 to center AFF
Counter top devices are usually 48 to center.

There's probably more you need to know, but I don't even know what the extent of your project is, or if it is even being inspected.

I am turning 15 years old and spend a lot of time in my room doing homework. I have tons of beauty products, so I need to organize. I also have a computer and a tv in my room. I really need themes, colors, and ideas for my room.

A. Well to start off figure out what you want to do with your wall. If you go with something dark it will make your room look smaller and darker. I would probably keep the room white and paint designs on it with other colors. Since you have a computer and a T.V. your going to need a desk/ entertainment center. My parents bought a large desk for me that has plenty of surface space for homework and my laptop and printer. It also has a book shelf thing attached to it, I keep my books, cds, and anything else I need in there. As for the TV I have a small stand with shelfs underneath. I would definatly recommend the shelfs if you have a vcr, dvd play or anything else. Another thing that really comes in hand it corkboard. You can paint it to be whatever color you'd like and it's handy for pictures, reminder, posters, or whatever else. Hanging Lanterns are fun too, You can get them in pretty much any color and they help add some extra light. You can also get floor or desk lamps, They help a lot too. The mirrors will make you room look bigger. The netting over the bed is a good idea, I have it over mine. It creates a fun, cute look but it can be annoying at times. For your makeup you could get some small storage bins (you can get them in any shape, color, and size) and use those.

If you wake up tomorrow to find you were chosen as a top world leader, how would you begin to help mankind?
Q. The world awaits your direction and guidance. What can you offer?

A. 1. Arrange a meeting with IMF, world bank and G8 leaders and hear their proposals to help the world, then bring in an African woman whose lost all her children to starvation, a Palestinian child whose parentless, a slum child worker, a victim of the European sex slave trade, a mexican immigrant, a south American poor man who lost his trade to "Big Business". I'd sit these across from the "leaders" and say "ok-nice suggestions, now take a hard look into the eyes of THESE people, listen to their stories and try harder"
2. Cancel world debt and the interest it has generated.
3 release surplus food stocks to the Thisrd World
4. Create free trade areas undominated by corporate empires.
5 Give South America freedom to be economically independent.
6. decrease military spending by 70% and redivert funds to humanitarian projects and environmental research & development.
7 rehaul the education system to teach philsophy so people can learn why to be good people, not just how to abide by laws.
8 rehaul the community structure so it is ethically self sufficient in that a community has Advocates to assist in self improvement, care work, community work for those who break the law-so they are punished to teach them why what they do hurts others so they wont do it.
9. develop a training programme so politicians have to be qualified to lead.
10. Remove the democratic process because it has become infected with greed and is nothing more than a plutocracy.
11. Redesign the networks to make them more balanced in their reporting and honesty above all. Take media entertainment out of kids bedrooms and into social halls so they dont turn into social retards and can exercise their skills at games or watch dvds WITH others.
12. Encourage a system of in home ducation for any with disabilities.
13. Pour more money into hospitals and retreat and counselling centres.
14. Create camps for people to work on the environment in their areas as part of community initiatives around the world.
15. Create a Forum in Every town, city and village in the world for people to air their views and dialogue on issues freely and without fear of violence and judgement. Also for religious co-existence and dialogue.
16. No more "sponsor a child" crap. Its-we'll fly over the fishing rod, grain and goat you'll buy for them. Dont send money to countries unstable enough to abuse it-send what the PEOPLE need, not what the soldiers want.
17. Establish a World High Council to direct these efforts of humanity to help humanity made up of specialists from fields that have direct impact upon the lives of people-no more shall the minister for the environment have a tiny office and staff compared to the Minister for trade or finance. And no more shall businessmen or sons of powerful people become leaders. They will ALL be qualified and caring.
18. Establish a World Capital not in a city but somewhere like The Azores to ensure even grounded neutrality to ALL parties and independedent of outside pressures (its a disgrace the UN building is in USA).
19. Resolve Africa NOW.
20. Reward environmental and humanitarian successes by governments with lessened trade tariffs for a year.
21. Dispatch those who deal drugs to work with AIDS victims. Each drug dealer will be assign a particular AIDS victim to see through until the end of their lives.
22. Rejuvenate Siberia and Central America with no strings attached investment so the masses of Eastern Europeans flooding Western Europe and Mexicans flooding USA have an emptier just as prosperous option to turn to.
23. Free Icecream day-every child under the age of 12 each year in the world will recieve an icecream. May seem little but for the millions upon millions of poor children it will be a nice gesture from The World Council.
24. Greater Horticultural research-the key to freeing the world from poverty and starvation lies ultimately in agriculture so greater imput here will have vast effects in Africa, Asia and elsewhere.
25. Make where its plausible Wednesday another day off in the working week.
.
So-thats my forst 25 points of the NEW WORLD ORDER.
Do I get the job?
