Child bedroom decorating ideas needed?

Hi there. Our 3 youngest children are going to share a huge bedroom. Ages 5, 3, and 2. The 2 oldest will be getting new beds, and the youngest a toddler bed. We need to paint and put in a new floor etc. I am wondering what colors, decorating ideas you all have for a boy/girl bedroom. Thanks! I am excited!

Decorating ideas for boys and girls sharing a bedroom?

I am a teenage girl sharing a bedroom with kid brother. Really, really want to redo our room but can't find any unisex decorating ideas that aren't aimed at really little kids. This is like a 14 year old freshman girl and a 10 year old, 4th grade boy, both very mature. We want something that will make the room a pleasant, comfortable space for both of us. It sucks to share a room, but I think it will be easier if we design it well. Any ideas are appreciated. Links are awesome. Thank you guys SOOO much!!! :)
yeah, i know we are old to be sharing but some people just cant afford big houses with separate rooms for each kid
Thank you so much, "someone somewhere" :) I loved the links!! The room is 12 by 9 feet i think. We have bunkbeds, two dressers, a bookshelf, and a desk. It is pretty cramped but i am totally willing to get rid of things, consoladate, switch stuff out, etc. We are pretty open as far as color schemes go. We both like blue, green, gray, white, purple..

If you did a room themed like Feng Shui which is like a tranquil Japanese style....you could use rice paper dividers for privacy, it would be modern, mature, and unisex.

How can I decorate a bedroom that is used for a boy and a girl?

I have a little boy and a little girl that are a year apart. Right now they are 1 and 2. I dont know how to decorate their room. I am trying to find a theme and colors. Any organization tips are welcome to. They have so many toys and their bedroom always looks cluttered even when I clean it. I am a first time mom and a first time house buyer. what can I do to divide my kids room, I have a 4 year old boy and 2 year old girl, any ideas?

I'm moving and can only afford a two bedroom apartment right now but my kids are a boy and a girl. I've been told they can share a room til one of them turns five, my son will be five in November. I want to put a divider the room is big enough but they like to climb on things and pull things down so anyone have any ideas on what to do?

One idea I saw that might word is bamboo shades. Hang them side by side in the middle of the room, they can be rolled down to divide the room. OR you could put book cases in the middle of the room one facing her side and one facing his.

My two kids. are 7 year olds and will be sharing a room. One a girl and one a boy. What are some cute bedroom sets that will go together well or were meant to be together, that will look great in their room.

I wouldn't go with a theme, I would make it colorful, like paint the walls and have neutral curtains and light fixtures but I would be sure that they each had a shelf or some kind of storage to call their own that they can have their things on. I would keep the bedspreads the same color but put pillows and little touches that are different on the beds. For example, a red ladybug pillow for her and a red car pillow for him. The ideas are endless in my head right now. I'm sure you'll come up with something great and they'll love it. Take care.

Use solid colored bed spreads or comforters that will compliment each other but are boy/girl colors ...
Get some stackable Organizer shelves & cubby for books, toys, etc.
and use colored fabric lined baskets or boy/girl colored crates @ Michaels Crafts or JoAnns to store the small stuff...
Put easel backed pictures on top of the shelf/cubby units for added color.
