I need good art/craft projects for kids 8 years old and one 12 year old that works for both of them....?

I need an art/craft project. I have two 8 year olds (twins) and one 12 year old and I need to find a project that suits both of them at the same time. All i have is glue, construction paper, pencils, pens, markers, yarn, and tape. And scissors.

origami for kids - loads of sites and then they can decorate their models -

junk modelling is really good too - you'll be surprised how much you have - boxes loo rolls - look in your cupboards - again many craft sites just type in junk modelling ideas - shoe boxes are great as each kid can design their ideal bedroom - cut ideas out of mags etc/ make from paper

at a loss - just get out your resources and let the kids decide - you can help them with their own projects see for ideas

pajama day crafts for preschoolers?

we are having a pajama day and i want to make crafts any ideas?

Cut out paper shaped bedroom slippers. Then have them glue on those little or big fuzzy balls.

You could just go around and ask the kids what they do before bed. Turn on night light, mom or dad reads a story, brush their teeth, and etc.

You could also talk about what they see at night. The moon and stars.

Get some dark navy blue or black construction paper. Have them draw the moon & stars. With white crayons or white chalk.

This is a good excuse to use those white crayons up!
