Is a bedroom with an air handler in the closet a legal bedroom?

I recently rented a home from a large rental company. While I was very skeptical at first, I was reassured that the way they did business was fair and legal. With that being said we rented a 3 bedroom home at what I originally thought was a fair price. According to florida law, a bedroom must have a closet (from my understanding). The reason for my question is that my kids bedroom has an air handler which takes up all of the room inside the closet . Its no wonder why they showed us the house with the air off because the noise of the air handler is outrageously loud. They property manager also forged a document in our names and asked me to fake another document in order for us to be approved for this home. My two youngest kids are miserable in this house and can't sleep in their bedroom.. Do I have any legal recourse to get out of this house?

People saay there are a lot of laws that are not laws. But most places do not allow an air handler in a bedroom- the noise is not the reason it is the possibility of fire or other things. If you allowed a document to be forged and you agreed to forge a document- that does not help your case.
I would ask to be released from the agreement so you can move- if they don't, I would contact the city health department and ask if it is safe for a child to sleep in the same room with the air handler.

Can an electric building cable over my kids window hurt them?

i live in a new building in the second floor,yesterday they decided to connect the building to electricity so they connected a thick cable from the electricity tower beside our building to our building electricity room.this cable feed all the building with electricity and it happens to pass beside my kids bedroom window,where their beds are located.can this cable and its magnetic field harm my babies in any way..is it dangerous?

Answer
No... magnetic fields are everywhere... the only danger would be if they decided to reach out and play with the cable. Even this would be pretty safe as the cable is probably insulated. You're in the clear...
