how do I get comfortable with the idea of neutering my cat?

I have a litter box and I have spent all the money possible on my cat because I dont have kids yet...So It was affordable...Anyways I would neuter him but the thing is is I think it may be a bit selfish because if I kept my bedroom door closed then he only sprays in his litter box.I know getting him neutered is probably the best solution but isnt it the most selfish as well?

Think of the health reasons first : Neutering a cat removes the risk for most male cancers. Also, if not neutered he has the instinct to breed and populate.. Something he can't do when locked in the house. Also, IF he ever did get out of your house the first thing he would do would be to search for a female.. And being unneutered, if he came across another unneutered male, chances are they would fight. Unneutered males in the wild usually carry feline leukemia, an untreatable disease that will evenually take his life. Even if he doesn't ever get out of your house, its cruel to keep him unnuetuered with out the possibility of ever breeding... Overall its much better to have him done.. Its a very simple procedure, no stitches are required and recovery time is a day at most... Think about having it done.. Vets recommend it! ;)

i'm tired of looking at these blank closet doors and a plain bedroom door. Any ideas? please help I want to decorate my room.

Well first of all, pick a color you like. Then pick a "theme" or just the main colors you would like to have in your room. Then just buy a whole buncha things in those colors.
Buy some pillows to put on your bed, like these:

Maybe put a "Wall Applique" on your wall:

Add some door hooks on the back of your door:

Then hang jewelery, scarves, bags etc... on the hooks!
For your closet doors, people don't usually put anything on those sooo... unless you wanna just paint it a different color, theres nothing else really!
