How can I get my wife to give up our child?
Phil
My wife and I have been married for close to 15 years. We were high school sweeties. We tried for years to have children and suffered through 2 miscarriages. A few year ago we had success and welcomed a baby boy into the family.
We had all the proper prenatal care and blood tests, yet our child was born a retard (down syndrome). He is now 3 years old and honestly, I can't stand him. I wanted a normal child. Instead I have a son who can't talk, drools, and looks like about a thousand other kids (and why do these mongloids all look the same anyway?). I viewed the rest of my life as ball games and BBQs with our lovely child. Instead my life is trying to make sure he doesn't smear feces all over his damn bedroom walls.
My mother won't have anything to do with our grandchild and she recently gave me some really good advice based on her sister, who was retarded. Her family just gave her sister away to another family who must have been pretty hard up for a child.
I know I sound awful, but how can I convince my wife to give away our child? I work as a mid level executive for a large bank, so it's not like I can tell her we can't afford the kid. Plus, like my mom said, it really is her fault the kid turned out like this (she has some sort of uterus medical condition the doc told us, they were very surprised she got pregnant). This may bring up painful memories of my wife since I convinced her to have an abortion when we were 18. Well, I didn't really convince her, I kind of made her or I was going to tell her family (who are southern and very bigoted) she lost her virginity to a black man (another one of my moms good ideas, lol). We went to counseling and moved past that.
Help!

first of all i think your a poor excuse for a human. and actually it could be your fault he has downs. it is my dads fault my brother has downs. because my dad was an alcoholic it screwed his sperm up. and since i have seen the struggles of having a downs child i know you, sir, are not man enough to raise him. maybe if you just tell your wife how you feel she might leave you for someone whose man enough to raise a beautiful gift as a downs baby. you dont deserve that child any way.

What are some ideas for goth home decor in military housing?

I cannot paint the walls, and I am sick it of the boring feeling I get just sitting in the house.

You have options depending upon the cost factor - and I have seen all of the listed on Ft Bragg at some point in the past year
1) Peel & Stick Wall Art - just search for it
2) Fabric Walls - use curtain rods and/or rope to suspend panels of fabric from the walls or ceiling
3) Screens - either store bought or make your own
4) Traditional Wall Art like tapestries
5) Use one wall for bookshelves and/or entertainment center.
and at least one home has (this lady is very "crafty")
6) Long sheets of paper taped up in the kids room that has been turned into a mural
7) Plywood free standing "walls" painted and decorated in the living room,
8) And a foam board cloth "wall" in the master bedroom.
Or if you are going for the goth style - try the reverse and go very very white with black & red accents. Stunning if done well.
